Right Stuff Equipment Warranty

Right Stuff Equipment Warranty: Right Stuff Equipment (RSE) warrants to Purchaser that all Equipment purchased hereunder will at the time of shipment be free of defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage at the time of delivery of such Equipment to Purchaser. Any claim for breach of this warranty shall be delivered in writing to RSE within twelve (12) months after the date of delivery. Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy (and RSE’s sole and exclusive liability) for a breach of the Right Stuff Equipment warranty is limited to repair, replacement or refund at the sole option of RSE. Such repair or replacement shall not extend past the warranty period.

The period of the Right Stuff Equipment warranty for material and workmanship is 12 months. The term of warranty starts with the date of delivery. If Right Stuff Equipment’s operation and maintenance instructions are not respected, if any change is made on the machine, if any parts are exchanged or any consumer materials are used which do not conform to the original specification, any warranty is cancelled. This warranty is not applicable for wear parts. Only the direct buyer is entitled to make any claim for warranty with RSE and this right cannot be ceded or assigned. The above terms contain the entire warranty for the products supplied by RSE.

OEM equipment warranty is subject to individual manufacturers warranty. OEM warranty will be provided upon request.

RSE NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM OR CORPORATION TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY OTHER LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH SALE OF PRODUCT. RSE SHALL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE TO PERSON OR PROPERTY, CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, LOSS OF PROFIT, LOSSES ON GOODS IN STORE, OR THE LIKE WHICH MIGHT ARISE OUT OF THE FAILURE OF THE EQUIPMENT DELIVERED, IRRESPECTIVE OF THE CAUSE (INCLUDING FAULTY MANUFACTURING).
