Liquid Filler From Right Stuff Equipment
The Right Stuff Equipment developed the Mariner peristaltic pump filler for light viscosity small container in line filling requirements. They can be ordered be ordered with 2, 4, 6 or 8 filling nozzles. The number of nozzles will impact the production capacity and bottles per minute. The Mariner is ideal for filling light viscosity products from as low as 10 ml to 120 ml. The Mariner Peristaltic filling machine is accurate, repeatable and able to fill up to 11 cycles per minute depending on product and fill volume. The Mariner liquid filler is designed and built in our Colorado plant.
We considered the needs of the personal care, nutraceutical and pharmaceutical industries when developing the Mariner. The filler design is peristaltic. The HMI is intuitive and automatically will adjust to fill levels needed. The change over is fast. The pumps are accurate and tubes are easily replaced.
The system is extremely quiet with features such as drip tray, diving nozzles and pin indexing. Individual filling head adjustment/calibration on the fly can be done as well. The filler is manufactured with all stainless steel materials, Allen Bradly Compact Logix PLC with touch screen interface and holds up to 30 recipes a s a standard more can be added if needed.
The Mariner works well with liquid and molten products. We have added a special feature to allow molten products to stay at temperature during the filling process.
