Scale Counter
Scale Counting is a way to count pieces such as cookies, biscuits, gummies etc. into primary packaging using a rotary scale with counting software added. The scale is programmed to recognize the count in each bucket based on weight and will drop the appropriate count into the package. These are most often mounted over flexible packaging machines like Vertical Form Fill and Seal (VFFS) machines or Pre made pouch (PMP) machines.
