Model 500

The Model 500 is the base machine and great for many basic applications. With a wide variety of products that can be run and speeds up to 130 pieces per minute, it handles many applications. Bars, and bakery items are the most common products to be flow wrapped using this model but other items are also possible.

The second generation of the 500 is now available. The new i 500 has many upgrades on the controls, HMI and mechanical functions which deliver higher speeds and higher levels of performance.

With many options available, it can be configured to your exact product requirements.

Carrera 1500

The Carrera 1500 slots neatly into ILAPAK’s range above the entry-level 500. The Carrera 1500 can be configured with manual or automatic feeding, giving users the option to integrate the flow wrapper into a fully automated, continuous workflow. Optional extras include a dual film reel holder and automatic film reel splicing – features that contribute to overall line efficiency.

Speeds up to 270 ppm are available with hot seal film, with speeds being product dependent. Many options make the 1500 configurable for your product optimization.

Eagle Flow Wrapper

The Delta Systems Eagle Flow Wrapper is a very versatile platform and is commonly integrated into a wide variety of automated packaging systems.

Capable of speeds in excess of 1200 ppm the Delta Systems Eagle Flow Wrapper is designed for 24/7 production environments and includes standard features such as automatic splicing and expanded touchscreen diagnostics to allow efficient operation and overall efficiency excellence.

The Delta Eagle is manufactured from plate aluminum or optional plate stainless steel that is seam welded for sanitary applications in wash down environments.
