Model 200

The CVC 200 Top Labeler is built to automatically apply pressure sensitive labels onto the top or side of flat and indented containers. The 200 comes standard with a 6” wide belt conveyor and is ideal for contract packagers and manufacturers serving the nutraceutical, food, cosmetic, personal care, and consumer electronic markets. RSE has a modification kit for feeding empty pouches into the unit for PMP pouch labeling.

The 400 can be ordered with one or two labeling heads and has an optional assembly for applying a label to 3, 4, or 5 panels of a square or rectangular container. The 400 is an ideal machine for contract packagers and manufacturers serving the food, nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, gas, oil, and personal care markets. It can also be modified to add a wrap station which makes it even more flexible for contract packers.

High Speed Electronic Counter

Model 625

The new CVC 625×4 counting machine accommodates four counting modules for higher output and performance. This high-speed counter can be easily integrated into new or existing bottle filling and packaging lines.

Slat counters require change parts for each tablet or capsule size and change over time can be well over an hour. For companies with a high volume and high product mix, the 635 is the perfect solution.

The CVC 1266 Bottle Unscrambler is designed to automatically feed bottles from a bin and place them upright onto a conveyor at speeds of up to 200-280 bottles per minute. The CVC 1266 is built on a Siemens control system including a HMI panel. Options include ionized air rinse with vacuum, fallen bottle sensor with return to bin, low level hopper sensor, tower lamp, and static eliminator bar. No change parts required.
